Surface Preparation: 1.The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to whi=
ch the waterproofing barrier applied must be carried out thoroughly to leav=
e a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface mus=
t be removed mechanically. Release
 oil and other contaminants which may impair adhesion must be removed prior=
 to the application. Surface shall be maintained in dry condition before ap=
plying waterproof coating.Coving at Right Angle Junctions: 2.All the right-=
angle junctions between floor and
 wall shall be provided with coving of size 75mm x 75mm (or as per site con=
ditions) in cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Nitobond SBR Latex @ 2 litres pe=
r 50 kg bag of cement after saturating the surface with water and applying =
a slurry primer coat with NitobondSBR
 Latex. 3.Providing and applying High performance elastomeric cementitious =
waterproof coating of Brushbond of Fosroc Chemicals at 1mm thick in 2 coats=
 with interval period of 6 hours over a substrate with Saturated Surface Dr=
y condition. Termination to be done
 on wall extending the coating to 300mm height above the finished floor lev=
el. The applied material of Brushbond should have the following

properties:

1) Weight loss of less than 1gm when tested for abrasion resistance accordi=
ng to ASTM D4060.

2) Tensile strength as per ASTM D638 is 2N/mm=C2=B2.

3) Adhesion to concrete is greater than 1N/mm=C2=B2.

4.4) Static crack accommodation of 1mm according to ASTM-C836.

5) Elongation at Break - 80% as per ASTM D412-16(2021).

Note: Sprinkling of sand during the final waterproofing coat while in tacky=

ba: Providing and filling brickbats / light weight concrete in sunken porti=
on of Toilet Area or any other location as specified as shown on drawing in=
 proper slope in cement mortar 1:5
 up to required thickness including finishing of top layer with water proof=
 (Waterproofing admixtures shall be of approved quality and dosage as recom=

Surface Preparation: 1.The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to whi=
ch the waterproofing barrier applied must be carried out thoroughly to leav=
e a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface mus=
t be removed mechanically. Release
 oil and other contaminants which may impair adhesion must be removed prior=
 to the application. Surface shall be maintained in dry condition before ap=
plying waterproof coating.Coving at Right Angle Junctions: 2.All the right-=
angle junctions between floor and
 wall shall be provided with coving of size 75mm x 75mm (or as per site con=
ditions) in cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Nitobond SBR Latex @ 2 litres pe=
r 50 kg bag of cement after saturating the surface with water and applying =
a slurry primer coat with NitobondSBR
 Latex. 3.Providing and applying High performance elastomeric cementitious =
waterproof coating of Brushbond of Fosroc Chemicals at 1mm thick in 2 coats=
 with interval period of 6 hours over a substrate with Saturated Surface Dr=
y condition. Termination to be done
 on wall extending the coating to 300mm height above the finished floor lev=
el. The applied material of Brushbond should have the following<br>
properties:<br>
1) Weight loss of less than 1gm when tested for abrasion resistance accordi=
ng to ASTM D4060.<br>
2) Tensile strength as per ASTM D638 is 2N/mm=C2=B2.<br>
3) Adhesion to concrete is greater than 1N/mm=C2=B2.<br>
4.4) Static crack accommodation of 1mm according to ASTM-C836.<br>
5) Elongation at Break - 80% as per ASTM D412-16(2021).<br>
Note: Sprinkling of sand during the final waterproofing coat while in tacky=
 condition to<br>
provide a mechanical adhesion to the screed coming onto it. 4. Brick Bat Co=
ba: Providing and filling brickbats / light weight concrete in sunken porti=
on of Toilet Area or any other location as specified as shown on drawing in=
 proper slope in cement mortar 1:5
 up to required thickness including finishing of top layer with water proof=
 (Waterproofing admixtures shall be of approved quality and dosage as recom=
mended by the&nbsp; manufacturer), cement sand mortar (1:4) for receiving f=
urther finishing as per drawings or as
 per the site conditions.&nbsp; Vertical Areas : Providing and applying pla=
stering of 15mm thickness with CM 1:4 mixed with Conplast WL XTRA (Integral=
 waterproofing compound confirming to IS 2645) at the dosage of 200 ml/bag =
of cement over waterproofing system to
 a minimum thickness of 15mm or as per site requirement. Providing and layi=
ng screed concrete of M20 grade of average 75mm thickness with a minimum th=
ickness of 50mm at drain points and a slope of 1:150 or required as per the=
 site condition at all levels by
 admixing necessary admixtures Conplast WL Xtra @ 200ml per bag of cement o=
f Fosroc Chemicals. Treatment to continue along the vertical surface for 30=
0mm height in shape of round Chamfering, curing etc. If necessary, the conc=
rete shall be provided with groove
 cutting of 6mm x 10mm at every 5m x 5m area or as per the site condition, =
the joints shall be treated with elastomeric sealants. Down Take Pipe Packi=
ng: The pipes to be fixed should be filed in order to provide a proper bond=
 and the same to be alligned by
 the respective agency. The annular space around the Rain water pipe shall =
be packed using Conbextra GP2, a high strength free flow nonshrinks grout m=
ixed water in ratio 0.16 The surface shall be suitably prepared using wire =
brush, primed with Nitobond SBR
 Latex on the core surface fixing leak free form work as per manufacturer's=
 specification 5.Pressure Grouting at Leaking points: Water ponding for min=
imum 48 hours and 50mm height shall be done to observe weak points in the c=
oncrete. Providing cementitious
 based injectiongrouting at construction joints, leaking spots and honey co=
mbs with 40 psi pump using Cebex 100 @ 225gms mixed to 50 kg bag of cement =
including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. Fixing of nozzles a=
nd chipped portions of nozzles shall
 bereinstated using Renderoc Plug as per manufacturer's specification 6.Pro=
tection Plaster: Vertical Areas &amp; Horizontal Areas: Providing and apply=
ing plastering of 15mm thickness with CM 1:4 mixed with Conplast WL Xtra (I=
ntegral waterproofing compound confirming
 to IS 2645) at the dosage of 200 ml/bag of cement over waterproofing syste=
mto a minimum thickness of 15mm or as per siterequirement</span><span style=
